GRUPO PRESIDENTE with address at Av. Ejército Nacional Mexicano #769 Torre “B” Piso 8, Colonia Granada, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, C.P. 11520 in Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide in accordance with Article 17, Section II of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.

Grupo Presidente will use Personal Data for the following necessary purposes without which we cannot provide the contracted services:
I. Registering you to participate in the Travacación promotion.
II. Recording you in Grupo Presidente's database.
III. Issuing account statements and tracking the accumulation of Travacación balance.

Similarly, and only if you authorize it at the time of registration, the provided data will be used to send information related to the promotion of Travacación. If you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose, the registration system will allow you to indicate this.

For the aforementioned purposes, the following personal data will be requested: full name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, company you work for, City / Country, banking information (debit or credit cards presented as a form of payment).

No sensitive personal data will be collected.

If you do not wish to give your consent for the processing of your Personal Data for 'secondary purposes,' you may limit the use or express your refusal to such processing by communicating with the Data Controller responsible for the processing of personal data (the 'Privacy Officer') at the following email address:

Likewise, starting January 6, 2012, you will have the right to: (i) access your personal data in our possession and learn the details of their processing, (ii) rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, (iii) cancel them when you consider they are not required for any of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, they are being used for non-consented purposes, or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or (iv) object to the processing of your data for specific purposes, as provided by law (together, the 'ARCO Rights'). To revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller and exercise your ARCO Rights, you must submit a request (the 'ARCO Request'), which you must send to the Privacy Officer of the Data Controller at the Contact Address, accompanied by the following information and documentation:
I. Your name, address, and email address to receive a response to the ARCO Request;
II. Documents proving your identity (copy of ID card, passport, or any other official identification) or, if applicable, documents proving your legal representation;
III. A clear and precise description of the personal data you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights over;
IV. Any document or information that facilitates the location of your personal data;
V. In case of requesting a rectification of data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request, and;
VI. The indication of the place where the Data Controller can review the originals of the accompanying documentation.
The Privacy Officer will respond to your ARCO Request and the reasons for their decision by email within a maximum period of 20 business days counted from the day the ARCO Request is received. If the ARCO Request is answered affirmatively or is found to be appropriate, requested changes will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days. The deadlines referred to in this paragraph may be extended only once for an equal period if necessary.

I. When you are not the owner of the personal data or cannot prove the representation of the owner;
II. When your personal data are not in the Data Controller's database;
III. When the rights of a third party are violated;
IV. When there is a legal impediment or a resolution of a competent authority that restricts your ARCO Rights, and;
V. When the rectification, cancellation, or objection has already been performed.
The Denial may be partial, in which case the Data Controller will carry out access, rectification, cancellation, or objection in the corresponding part.
The exercise of ARCO Rights is free, but if you reiterate your request within a period of less than twelve months, costs will be equivalent to three days of the Minimum General Daily Wage in force in Mexico City, plus VAT, unless substantial changes to the Privacy Notice justify new ARCO Requests. You must cover justified shipping expenses or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.

We inform you that your personal data may be transferred within and outside the country to controlling, subsidiary, or affiliated companies under common control of the 'Data Controller,' or to a parent company, or to any other group companies, to third parties other than the Data Controller, consistently with the purpose of processing the data and the legal nature of the relationship between you and the Data Controller. Additionally, the Data Controller may transfer your personal data when such transfer is legally required by a judicial authority.

You should also be aware that information and data are automatically collected through the standard operation of Grupo Presidente's Internet servers and through the use of 'cookies.' 'Cookies' are small text files that a website can use to recognize users who return, facilitate continuous user access and use of the site, and allow a site to track user behavior and collect aggregated data that will enable content and targeted advertising improvements.
