Which hotels offer me Travacación Balance?
By staying at any city hotel from Grupo Presidente®:
You will accumulate Travacación Balance up to 50% of the value of your stay, before taxes, for your vacation in one of our Travacación Destinations in Cozumel, Cancun, Tulum, or Ixtapa.
In which hotels can I redeem my Travacación Balance?
For each effective stay in city hotels from Grupo Presidente®, you can accumulate Travacación Balance up to 50% of the value of your stay, before taxes (up to a maximum per day of $1,500 MXN), to redeem it for nights in the Travacación Destinations:
Includes accommodation subject to availability in any of the Travacación Destinations from Grupo Presidente® for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age, according to the available public rate, called “Flexible Rate,” at the time of booking. For more information, see terms and conditions.
Valid for reservation registration up to 90 days after the check-out date. Once registered, you have up to 6 months to make the reservation and an additional 6 months to complete the stay.
